Provide the information requested on the Official Entry Form. Send
your entry by hitting the Sweepstakes submit button. The Sweepstakes
begins at 12:00 PM [CT] on Friday, July 22, 2005 and all entries
must be received no later than 12 PM. [CT] on Tuesday, October 26, 2005, when the sweepstakes ends.
- One (1) winner will be selected each Wednesday before a home game. The prize includes one(1) pair of tickets to thethe upcoming Saturday game(6 home games)and one(1) autographed football signed by Coach Tommy Tuberville. This prize does not include the Alabama vs. Auburn game. The Approximate Retail Value of each prize is $150.00.

- Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and
the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older, except
employees of al.com and anyone involved in the production, development
or handling of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate families.
- Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of
winner. Void outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia,
and where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state and local laws
and regulations.
- All entries become the property of Sponsor(s) and will not be
acknowledged or returned. The odds of winning depend on the number
of entries received. Prize not transferable. No substitutions for
prize except by Sponsor(s), in which case a prize of equal or greater
value will be substituted. Only one prize per household.
- Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes
consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising
and publicity purposes, without further compensation; and (ii)
winner (and, if applicable, travel companion) may be required to
sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release,
which must be returned within 2 days of attempted notification
or an alternate winner may be chosen. If a minor wins a prize,
it will be awarded to his or her parent or legal guardian who must
execute the necessary affidavit and release and (if prize involves
travel) must accompany winner on the trip.
- Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely
received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software,
browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility
at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its
sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering
with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise
in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel,
terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as
planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
